2:3 何事でも自己中心や虚栄からすることなく、へりくだって、互いに人を自分よりもすぐれた者と思いなさい。

2:4 自分のことだけではなく、他の人のことも顧みなさい。

2:6 キリストは、神の御姿であられる方なのに、神のあり方を捨てることができないとは考えないで、

2:8 キリストは人としての性質をもって現われ、自分を卑しくし、死にまで従い、実に十字架の死にまでも従われたのです。

2:9 それゆえ、神は、キリストを高く上げて、すべての名にまさる名をお与えになりました。

2:10 それは、イエスの御名によって、天にあるもの、地にあるもの、地の下にあるもののすべてが、ひざをかがめ、

2:11 すべての口が、「イエス・キリストは主である。」と告白して、父なる神がほめたたえられるためです。

2:2 then fill me with joy by having the same attitude, sharing the same love, being united in spirit, and keeping one purpose in mind.

2:3 Do not act out of selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility think of others as being better than yourselves.

2:4 Do not be concerned about your own interests, but also be concerned about the interests of others.

2:5 Have the same attitude among yourselves that was also in the Messiah Jesus:

2:6 In God’s own form existed he, and shared with God equality, deemed nothing needed grasping.

2:7 Instead, poured out in emptiness, a servant’s form did he possess, a mortal man becoming. In human form he chose to be,

2:8 and lived in all humility, death on a cross obeying.

2:9 Now lifted up by God to heaven, a name above all others given, this matchless name possessing.

2:10 And so, when Jesus’ name is called, the knees of everyone should fall wherever they’re residing.

27:46 About three o’clock, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, “Eli, eli, lema sabachthani?”, which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

27:47 When some of the people standing there heard this, they said, “He’s calling for Elijah.”

27:48 So one of the men ran off at once, took a sponge, and soaked it in some sour wine. Then he put it on a stick and offered Jesus a drink.

27:49 But the others kept saying, “Wait! Let’s see if Elijah will come and save him.”

27:50 Then Jesus cried out with a loud voice again and died.

27:51 Suddenly, the curtain in the sanctuary was torn in two from top to bottom, the earth shook, rocks were split open,

27:52 tombs were opened, and many saints who had died were brought back to life.

27:53 After his resurrection, they came out of their tombs and went into the Holy City and appeared to many people.

27:54 When the centurion and those guarding Jesus with him saw the earthquake and the other things that were taking place, they were terrified and said, “This man certainly was the Son of God!”

27:27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the imperial headquarters and gathered the whole company of soldiers around him.

27:28 They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him.

27:29 Twisting some thorns into a victor’s crown, they placed it on his head and put a stick in his right hand. They knelt down in front of him and began making fun of him, saying, “Long live the king of the Jews!”

27:30 Then they spit on him and took the stick and hit him repeatedly on his head.

27:31 When they had finished making fun of him, they stripped him of the robe, put his own clothes back on him, and led him away to crucify him.

27:32 As they were leaving, they found a man from Cyrene named Simon, whom they forced to carry Jesus’ cross.

27:33 When they came to a place called Golgotha (which means “Skull Place”),

27:34 they offered him a drink of wine mixed with gall. But when he tasted it, he refused to drink it.

27:35 After they had crucified him, they determined who would get his clothes by throwing dice for them.

27:36 Then they sat down there and continued guarding him.

27:37 Above his head they placed the charge against him. It read, “This is Jesus, the king of the Jews.”

27:38 At that time two bandits were crucified with him, one on his right and the other on his left.

Those who have experienced the love of the Lord God and delight wholeheartedly in the conviction of being loved by him are truly blessed. In this article, I would like to discuss the significance and the value of the love of the true God.

God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love for us even when we were dead because of our offenses, made us alive together with the Messiah (by grace you have been saved). ― Ephesians 2:4-5.

As we continue our daily lives, I believe that the most important thing is to understand the true love of God through all experience. Believers are constantly exposed to severe blame and condemnation in their lives. It is only through the love of the Lord God that all difficult problems can be overcome and thus, we should always keep in mind how deeply we are loved by him. This exactly is what the “Epistle to Philemon” is trying to tell us.

This was an epistle filled with love. Paul wrote it to his old and intimate friend, Philemon, while he was captured in prison. This letter will fill all readers with heartfelt happiness.

3:1 Now the Shining One was more clever than any animal of the field that the Lord God had made. It asked the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You are not to eat from any tree of the garden’?”

3:2 “We may eat from the trees of the garden,” the woman answered the serpent,

3:3 “but as for the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘You are not to eat from it, nor are you to touch it, or you will die.’”

3:4 “You certainly will not die!” the Shining One told the woman.

3:5 “Even God knows that on the day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you’ll become like God, knowing good and evil.”

3:6 When the woman saw that the tree produced good food, was attractive in appearance, and was desirable for making one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate it. Then she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate some, too.

3:7 As a result, they both understood what they had done, and they became aware that they were naked. So they sewed fig leaves together and made loincloths for themselves.

3:8 When they heard the voice of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden during the breeze of the day, the man and his wife concealed themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

聖書が、どうしてこんなにすばらしいものであるかと言いますと、大切なのは、我々人間が何を知るべきか、何をなすべきかではないからです。大切なのは、主イエス様が、どうしようもない我々のために何をなさったかということではないでしょうか。もちろん、考えるともう、言葉がない。恥ずかしくなる。どうしてイエス様は犠牲になったのでしょうか？

1:8 神は、その大空を天と名づけられた。こうして夕があり、朝があった。第二日。

1:9 神は「天の下の水は一所に集まれ。かわいた所が現われよ。」と仰せられた。するとそのようになった。

1:10 神は、かわいた所を地と名づけ、水の集まった所を海と名づけられた。神は見て、それをよしとされた。

1:11 神が、「地は植物、種を生じる草、種類にしたがって、その中に種のある実を結ぶ果樹を地の上に芽生えさせよ。」と仰せられると、そのようになった。

1:12 それで、地は植物、おのおのその種類にしたがって種を生じる草、おのおのその種類にしたがって、その中に種のある実を結ぶ木を生じた。神は見て、それをよしとされた。

1:13 こうして夕があり、朝があった。第三日。

4:3 すると、試みる者が近づいて来て言った。「あなたが神の子なら、この石がパンになるように、命じなさい。」

4:4 イエスは答えて言われた。「『人はパンだけで生きるのではなく、神の口から出る一つ一つのことばによる。』と書いてある。」

4:5 すると、悪魔はイエスを聖なる都に連れて行き、神殿の頂に立たせて、

4:6 言った。「あなたが神の子なら、下に身を投げてみなさい。『神は御使いたちに命じて、その手にあなたをささえさせ、あなたの足が石に打ち当たることのないようにされる。』と書いてありますから。」

4:7 イエスは言われた。「『あなたの神である主を試みてはならない。』とも書いてある。」

7:38 and knelt at his feet behind him. She was crying and began to wash his feet with her tears and dry them with her hair. Then she kissed his feet over and over again, anointing them constantly with the perfume.
7:39 Now the Pharisee who had invited Jesus saw this and told himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would have known who is touching him and what kind of woman she is. She’s a sinner!”
